Grant Unlock rights to an account

You can grant password reset right to the deligation wizard, but to grant the right to unlock an account you must run the command below. Windows 2008 R2 dsacls “OU=OU,DC=XX,DC=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XX” /I:s /G “Domain\GROUP”:rpwp;lockoutTime;user
